Shandy’s Family Photo Session

Some souls leave an unforgettable mark, and Shandy is one of them. I had the honor of traveling to Orlando to capture this beautiful girl and the deep love she shares with her family.

Just ten days before Christmas last year, Shandy was diagnosed with lymphoma. She bravely completed 26 weeks of chemo in June, but last week, her family received heartbreaking news—her cancer has returned. She’s now starting a new treatment, and while the future is uncertain, her spirit remains unshaken.

Once a stray, Shandy found her way into a loving home, becoming the heart of her family. Despite everything, she still greets daily with love, joy, and a wagging tail. Seeing her surrounded by so much love was a powerful reminder of these moments' preciousness.
